Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026 · Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WYBUSTUDIO LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as WyBu Studio ("WyBu Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you play our mobile games and other apps (the "Games") or visit wybustudio.com (the "Website"). Together, these are the "Services".

If you have any questions, contact us at support@wybustudio.com.

1. Information we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. We do not require you to create an account to play our Games, and we do not ask for your name, address or phone number.

Information collected automatically in our Games

  • Device information — device model, operating system and version, language, country/region (derived from settings or IP address), screen size and app version.
  • Identifiers — a random installation ID created by the Game, and, where permitted, your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS). On iOS we only access the IDFA if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
  • Gameplay and usage data — levels played, progress, session length, settings, and in-game events such as purchases of virtual items.
  • Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data that help us fix bugs.
  • IP address — received by our partners when your device connects to them; used for security, fraud prevention and approximate (country/city-level) location.

Information you give us

  • Support messages — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
  • Purchases — in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation of the transaction (for example, the product purchased and a transaction ID) but never your full payment card details.

Information collected on our Website

Our Website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, our hosting server records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to keep the Website secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

2. How we use information

  • To run the Games, save your progress and deliver features you request.
  • To understand how the Games are played so we can improve levels, balance and performance.
  • To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
  • To show advertising, including personalized ads where you have allowed it (see section 4), and to measure ad performance.
  • To process and verify in-app purchases and restore them.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the Games), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services), your consent (personalized advertising and tracking, where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

Our Games may use trusted third-party services that collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies. Depending on the Game, these may include:

ServicePurposePrivacy policy
Google Play ServicesApp distribution, purchasespolicies.google.com/privacy
Apple App StoreApp distribution, purchasesapple.com/legal/privacy
Google Analytics for Firebase / CrashlyticsAnalytics, crash reportingfirebase.google.com/support/privacy
Unity (Unity Analytics / Unity Ads)Game engine services, analytics, advertisingunity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google AdMobAdvertisingpolicies.google.com/technologies/ads

The store listing of each Game shows which data that particular Game collects (Google Play "Data safety" section and Apple "App Privacy" label).

4. Advertising & your choices

Some of our Games are free and supported by ads. Ad partners may use your advertising identifier and device information to show ads and measure their effectiveness. You can control this:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or deny the prompt in our Game.
  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice in the Game's settings at any time.

If you opt out you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some U.S. state laws, sharing data with ad partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out using the device settings above or by emailing us.

5. When we share information

We share information only:

  • with the service providers listed above, to operate the Games;
  • if required by law, court order or a valid government request;
  • to protect the rights, safety and property of our players, ourselves or others;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics and crash data are retained according to our partners' settings (typically 2–14 months). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends. Website server logs are deleted within 30 days. Game progress stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or other U.S. states), you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any right, email support@wybustudio.com. We will respond within 30 days (or the period required by your local law) and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your request — for example by asking for your in-game player ID.

8. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete the data associated with your use of any of our Games at any time:

  1. Open the Game and note your Player ID (found in Settings, if available).
  2. Email support@wybustudio.com with the subject "Data deletion request", the name of the Game and your Player ID.
  3. We will delete your data, and ask our partners to delete it, within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also delete data stored on your device by uninstalling the Game. More details are on our Support page.

9. Children

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a Game is played by users who identify as children, we disable personalized advertising for them and only show contextual ads where permitted. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

WYBUSTUDIO LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by our partners.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, for example in the Game.
